Prepare the Device
Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included, and perform a factory reset to clear your personal data.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
